Urgent Care
Our urgent care clinics treat common illnesses, minor injuries, minor wounds or burns, and offer preventative care including Flu & TB Shots and physicals. All 32 locations have lab, x-ray and EKG diagnostic services on-site.
Hometown offers employers a fast and convenient one-stop shop for all of their occupational healthcare needs including physicals, work-related injuries, drug and alcohol testing.
Clinical Research
Join a Hometown Research clinical study and you will receive expert care, advance medical research and receive a volunteer stipend.
Wellness Services
Vibrance by Hometown empowers individuals to thrive with personalized, innovative health strategies. Men’s Health/ Testosterone Replacement Therapy is for men 35 and older experiencing symptoms of low testosterone. Our medically designed GLP-1 weight loss program is for people with a BMI of 30 or 27 with a comorbid disease. Both programs offer in-person and virtual visits.
