April 28th is National Superhero Day, and here at Hometown Urgent Care, we didn’t just recognize it — we suited up for it!
From Spider-Man to Wonder Woman, our team showed off their superhero spirit to celebrate not only the iconic characters we all know and love — but also the real-life heroes who walk through our doors every day.
Why We Celebrate
National Superhero Day was created to honor both fictional heroes and the real people making a difference in their communities — and we think our staff fits that description perfectly. Whether it’s treating a sprained ankle, offering a kind word during a tough day, or going the extra mile for a patient in need, our team brings courage, care, and compassion to work every day.
Meet Our Marvel-ous Team
To bring a little joy to our clinics (and to our patients!), our staff dressed up as their favorite superheroes — and it didn’t go unnoticed. Patients were greeted by the likes of Captain America at check-in, and even Batman was spotted reviewing lab results.
The best part? It reminded us all that no cape is required to make a difference — just a big heart and a commitment to care.
