As summer heats up, Hometown Urgent Care is making it easier than ever to support young athletes while giving back to the community. We’re proud to kick off our annual “Hometown Cares for Your Hometown Team” initiative — a program offering low-cost sports physicals at all locations, with a bonus: $10 from every visit is donated directly to the child’s registered sports team, church, or organization.

From May 1 through September 5, 2025, families can access discounted sports physicals that are fast, stress-free, and wallet-friendly. With walk-in availability and locations across the region, it’s the easiest way to prepare athletes for their summer season.

How the Give Back Program Works:

Teams must pre-register online by June 1 to be eligible
